| 5 of 5 people found the following review helpful:  Lamination OK, but jams easily, This review is from: GBC HeatSeal H110 4.5-Inch Pouch Laminator (1702750) (Office Product) We purchased this item for general office use and as a laminator it worked fine. There were some issues with buckling of laminated items and bent corners, but it otherwise was fine for what we needed. Then the laminator jamed and there was no way to remove it. This is a major design flaw of this item. There is a gap between the roller and the exit platform of the laminator, and if the laminated sheet becomes warped during lamination it can get caught in this gap. The problem is there is no release for the cover on the machine to allow you to remove the jam, and the opening is too small to try and pull out the jam with fingers or tweezers or pliers or any other item we could think of. I found the cardboard carrier that came with it was too thick... my business cards would not go thru. I purchased them for a non profit Masonic Safety ID program. Now when the first time one of them got jammed, I thought it was due to operator error, but I now know this to be false after reviewing all the procedures and making sure that person was operating this laminator correctly. What make this problem even worse, is that there is no easy way to open up the machine to get the jammed card out. You have to take the whole thing apart, and it is very hard to get it back together. I am spending more time trying to fix and unjam these laminators now, than using them. I will be contacting the GBC company on the big defect on this product and hope they are able to give me a different product.
